The Yardstead

I have mint growing in a 5 gallon container next to our porch. It's been there 3-4 years now and we have never done more than use it to garnish a few drinks or eat a leaf in passing.
Today I harvested enough leaves to make mint jelly. Has anyone else made mint jelly? What are some interesting ways to use it, once you've made it?
