The green beans have been harvested and I have many to can this year. I use a simple recipe. I put 1 tsp. salt per quart jar, pack in whole or cut green beans, cover with boiling water and then put in the pressure cooker for the recommended amount of time and pressure. This is a simple recipe and the green beans taste great when you cook them at a later date. But I'd love to get any other recipes that other people are using. Please post if you have a traditional recipe that you use in your family.
